On January 12, 2010 a massive 7.0 earthquake rocked the impoverished Caribbean nation of Haiti, killing over one hundred thousand people and leavings thousands more in need of food, shelter, and prayer. There are many ways you can reach the needs of those effected by the earthquake.

Heartline Ministries has been serving the people of Haiti for nearly two decades. Corrie Moxon and the Buxman family have both served this ministry, including a recent mission last Fall. Manna Global Ministries is also providing earthquake relief in Haiti. The Moxon family has worked directly with this organization for many years.
Two other organizations helping on the ground in Haiti are, Northwest Haiti Christian Mission and Christianville Foundation. Both have been recommended by Terry Davis, Family Ministry Pastor at Journey Christian Church
You can give to the Haiti Earthquake relief at either site, and 100% of the funds go to the relief effort. The people of Haiti and those who serve the ministries there also need your continued prayers.

This event is for students entering the 9th grade through graduating seniors. CIY conference will be kicking off July 5th, 2010 at Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO.

You are invited to come and worship with us. Celebrate Recovery is a Christ centered program to help people recover from their hurts, habits, and hang-ups. Our worship service includes singing praises, prayer, and a message. After the service we have open discussion groups that are gender specific. This worship service is open to all people from Journey as well as the public.
Remember, come and worship with Celebrate Recovery every Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 pm in the Worship Center.
