Poppy Seed Chicken

8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 ½ t. salt
1 ¾ sticks butter or margarine
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
3 packets of Ritz Crackers, crumbled
1 T. poppy seeds
Boil chicken breast with salt and ¼ stick of butter. Simmer for 1 hour. Save the broth. Cut the chicken into small pieces and lay them into a rectangular glass dish.
Add 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of broth (left over from when you boiled the chicken.) Mix together and spread over the chicken.
Melt 1 ½ sticks of butter and mix with the Ritz crackers and poppy seeds. Spread mixture over the chicken mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
