Zucchini Cake

Cake Topping
3 cups flour ½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda ½ cup ground nuts
2 teaspoon baking powder ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoons nutmeg
4 eggs
1 ⅓ cups Wesson oil
3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups grated zucchini
1 cup nuts (optional)
1 cup raisins (optional)

Mix first 5 cake ingredients and set aside. Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Add zucchini, nuts and raisins. Pour in greased/floured loaf pan. Mix toping and pour over the top. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
