Crustless Quiche

¼ pound butter 2 cups cottage cheese
½ cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder
6 large eggs 1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk 1 teaspoon sugar
1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, cubed 1 small can green chili’s
1 3 ounce package cream cheese (optional)

8 servings

Melt butter in small saucepan, add flour and cook until smooth. Beat eggs, add milk, cheese, baking powder, salt, sugar and butter-flour mixture & green chili’s if desired. Stir until well blended. Pour into a well greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
