Raspberry Pretzel Dessert

Raspberry Pretzel Dessert

Crust
1 ½ cup crushed pretzels
½ cup melted butter
½ cup sugar
½ cup pecans

Combine above ingredients, press into 9x13 pan, bake at 350° for 5-7 minutes, cool.

Topping 1
1 (8oz) cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 (12oz) tub cool whip
1 (8oz) can crushed pine apple

Beat cream cheese and sugar, fold in cool whip and pine apple. Spread over crust.

Topping 2
2 cups water
6 oz raspberry Jello
2 (10oz) packages frozen raspberries

Boil water, dissolve raspberry Jello in water. Add frozen raspberries (unthawed). Crush raspberries when it begins to thicken. Pour over top and chill.
